Q: What resources are available in the Answer Center?
A: The GET CLIENTS NOW! Answer Center is a comprehensive knowledge base containing complete articles, step-by-step how-to’s, detailed tools and examples, audio workshops and interviews, and an amazing Q & A library. For an up-to-the-minute count of the number of answers available in any category or topic, view the Categories column at right.
Q: How do I search for the answers I need?
A: There are six different ways to search for answers:
- Browse any category. In the Categories column at right, each of the top five options will display a complete index of Articles, Q & A, Tools/Examples, Audio, or Announcements. Click on any category name, and you’ll see an index of every entry for that category with a brief excerpt from each one.
- Browse any topic. After the first five options, all the choices in the Categories column are specific topics. Click on any topic, and you’ll see an index of all entries with excerpts.
- Browse entries from any author. Click on any name in the Authors column at right, and you’ll see an index of all entries from that author with excerpts.
- Search on a keyword or phrase. Go to the Home page or visit the index page for any category or topic, and you’ll see a Keyword Search box on the right. Enter a single word, several words, or a specific phrase (in quotes), then click Go.
- View the most recent answers. Go to the Home page, and you’ll see the ten most recently posted answers. The newest answer will be at the top and the nine other most recent answers will follow.
- View answers related to any other answer. Once you have selected an answer to view (available to members only), you’ll see a summary of related answers on the right-hand side.
Q: How do I view an answer?
A: Once you become an Answer Center member, you can click on the title or "read more" link for any answer you see listed on the home page, category pages, search results pages, or any other index of entries. Then log in with your member password. Any visitor to the site can view these lists of answers to get a taste of what the Answer Center offers, but to view all the answers, you’ll need to become a member . Access to the Newest Answer on our home page is always free. To view other sample answers, visit our Free Preview page.
Q: Who provides the answers and other resources?
A: Most of the answers and resources are authored by GET CLIENTS NOW! author C.J. Hayden. You’ll also find answers here from Frank Traditi, Director of Training and Licensing for GCN, and from the other members of the GET CLIENTS NOW! faculty: Joan Friedlander, Grace Durfee, and Donna Feldman.
Q: What if I can’t find an answer to my question?
A: As a member of the Answer Center, you can submit questions and we’ll find the answers for you! If you have a question about getting clients that you can’t find an answer to, submit it to the Answer Center and we’ll post a new answer that responds to your question.
Q: How can I preview what’s available before I join?
A: You can browse our entire index by category, topic, or author, and even conduct keyword searches as described above. Access to the Newest Answer on our home page is always free. Or visit our Free Preview page to view samples of complete answers.
Q: How much does membership cost?
A: We have two membership plans to choose from. You can gain immediate access to our entire knowledge base by purchasing an annual membership for only $49. Or, you can qualify for a complimentary membership by enrolling in the GET CLIENTS NOW! 28-Day Program or becoming a GET CLIENTS NOW! facilitator. Visit our Become a Member page for details.
Q: What do I do if I lose my password?
A: Just email us with the name you registered under and we’ll send you a new password within 24 hours.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: For any cancellation requests, just email us with the name you registered under.
Satisfaction guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with the Answer Center, we’ll refund 100% of your membership fee if you let us know within 30 days from the day you join.
Annual membership: If you have a one-year membership and do not wish to renew, there is no need to cancel. Your membership will expire automatically at the end of one year if you don’t renew.
Three-month membership: If you have a three-month membership (available only to our beta members) and do not wish it to automatically renew at the end of the current three-month period, just let us know.
